I qualified in 1987 from Guy’s Hospital Dental School, London.
I have since achieved further qualifications – LDS RCS (1987), MPDC RCS (Edinburgh 2016), Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies (Bristol 2006), MSc Advanced General Dental Practice with distinction (Birmingham 2016), and have carried out advanced training in wrinkle softening techniques.
Ethos – I have a friendly relaxed manner, am good with nervous patients, and enjoy working with patients to help them achieve their dental aims.
I firmly believe that no dentistry should be painful! It should be a relaxed and comfortable experience for the patient.
Preventive and minimally invasive dentistry is at the core of my dental ethos and I enjoy aesthetic dentistry.
I am enthusiastic about bringing new technologies into dental practice.
I love working as part of the brilliant team at Linden, and discussing different treatment options with other colleagues, so that patients benefit from our collective experience.
More recently I have carried out advanced training in facial aesthetics, and enjoy doing wrinkle softening treatments to achieve a more natural, youthful appearance rather than a “fake” look.
Home life – I have been married to Mark (joint owner in the practice) since 1990; we have 3 grown up children – Hannah, Harry and Matt.
We have 2 dogs and I have been a Pets as Therapy volunteer.
To keep fit I regularly do Pilates, strength and cardio training, and occasionally try to run 5k
